Customer Feedback
"Just a quick thank you for the service you gave in supplying the car. I appreciated the preparation of the car and your rundown of the features. Everything went smoothly on the ordering and payment side.Since I picked up the car one week ago, I have driven to Brighton, Newcastle and from Kristiansand to Stavanger. All is well and the car will be one week in Norway."

1. Are your new cars imports?

No. We only supply UK new cars

2. Do your prices include delivery charges?

Yes, new car prices include free delivery to anywhere in the mainland UK

3. Do your prices include 12 Months' road fund licence (tax)?

Yes. Your new car purchase price will include 12 months road fund licence

4. Will you consider taking my car as a part exchange against a new car?

Yes. We realise it’s important for you to know how much your car is worth. We can appraise your part-exchange over the phone so you know exactly where you stand

5. Are the prices shown, "on the road" car prices?

Yes, there are only extra costs if you require optional extras such as a metallic colour

6. Can I buy my new car outright?

The basis of our offering is always built around finance packages such as PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) or indeed Hire Purchase. Whilst we are happy to talk to you about the possibility of an outright cash purchase, our margins are such that it may not always be possible for us to facilitate a deal in this way.

7. Is there a deposit to pay?

Yes. We require just £500 deposit to secure a discounted deal on new cars up to the value of £20,000. (£1000 for new cars over £20,000, £2000 for new cars over £40,000)

8. I have a poor credit history. Does it matter?

Don't worry. Car finance is a big part of what we do. We can even help if you’ve had difficulty obtaining credit in the past. Our specialist hire purchase and PCP (personal contract purchase) products enable us to deliver new cars and finance deals as one complete package.

9. What is a pre-registered new car?

To sustain our discounted prices on new cars, we sometimes have to pre-register certain cars. However, they are still new cars. They will be in a brand new condition and will only have the delivery mileage on them.

10. When do I receive the V5 Registration Document?

For pre-registered new cars deals, it can take up to 6 months for your V5 document to be dispatched. However you will receive an invoice from Newcar4me as receipt for all monies paid and thus confirming that you are the legal owner. Where you are the first registered keeper, it will only take a matter of days for the DVLA to send you your V5.

11. Is a warranty provided?

Full manufacturer's warranty is given on all new car sales

12. Do your website prices include VAT?

Yes. We may supply cheap new cars but VAT is always included in our new car prices

13. Is it ok to inform others of the cheap, discounted rates offered by Newcar4me?

Absolutely! Furthermore, if they buy a new car from us, we’ll send you a cheque for £50 as a thank you.

14. What is the difference between Euro III and Euro IV?

Euro IV cars have fewer emissions and therefore, the road fund licence will cost slightly less. For company car drivers it means you will pay less tax

15. What if I have a problem with my new car?

In the first instance you should contact us. We will then put you in touch with your local dealer so that any issues can be sorted with the minimum of delay.
